When connecting the valve body to the flange of the pipeline, pay attention to the coaxiality. The connecting plate of the device flange on the upper valve cover and the cold box adopt a flexible connection as much as possible.
The installation site should consider the safety of personnel and equipment, which is not only easy to operate, but also conducive to disassembly and maintenance. The valve should be upright, and the vertical device should be on the pipeline. If necessary, the device can be tilted. The valve must be fixed with a support frame in a place where the valve is vertical or vibrating.
The flow direction of the medium should be divergent from the arrow on the valve body. The airflow should be dry and oil-free. The valve should function between the ambient temperature of -30~60℃. In order to enable continuous consumption when the automatic control system fails or the valve is overhauled, a bypass should be set. The flow characteristics and stroke of the bypass valve should be different from the original valve selection.
